What makes the Auto Mall of Effingham an amazing place to buy a vehicle, is that they are honest people, doing honorable business and that is hard to find. Shannon told me what to stay away from and pointed me in the direction of the best deals for me. She doesn't have that "salesman ick" which is also rare! You can rest easy knowing you will get a great vehicle at a fair and honest price. I highly recommend!

We had a great experience at the Automall. We were able to test drive 3 different SUVs of differnt brands all in our price range and pick our favorite ride. No pressure and easy closing process. We highly recomend the Automall to make car buying a fun and easy experience.

A fantastic vehicle purchasing experience!!. Shannon was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was easy to talk to, didn't attempt to push unnecessary expenses into the price, and went over options to make sure I was where I wanted to be before signing off. Favorite sales person in over 30 years of purchasing vehicles. Shannon was also an all around good person and pleasure to be around. Will definitely be back.
