Shannon has worked at The Automall of Effingham since 2002 after working for a Chevrolet franchise store since 1988.  Her skills at helping people get the car they need is second to none. Along with sales she also does much of the finance as well as buying and appraising cars.

James Osborn - Sales/Manager

James has worked at The Automall of Effingham since 2003 he has been in the automobile business for 25 years. He has extensive training and certifications in the mechanical field as well as sales and customer relations. James also does buying and wholesaling along with selling and finance. He acts as our Service manager as well as General Manager. He is great with all types of personalities and has been a huge part of our company's growth and success.

Michael and Patricia Hawkins - Owners

Mike began his career in the automotive industry in 1969 at his father's used car store, H&H Motors in Cedar Rapids, IA. He left there in the early 70's to work in a new car franchise. Mike was a Society of Sales Executive award recipient for General Motors. Less than 1 percent of all General Motors sales people receive this award. Pat has 37 years of automotive experience. Before The Automall of Effingham, Pat worked for Sullivan Parkhill Automotive in Champaign, IL since 1988. Since Mike and Pat started the Automall of Effingham in 2001they have strived to make the customer their number one priority.
